You’re officially invited to Fairmont Century Plaza to take part in the celebration of World Paloma Day on Thursday, May 22 from 6-10pm, as we toast summer’s most iconic cocktail with style, flavor, and flair. The Fairmont brand in partnership with PATRÓN Tequila will unite cocktail lovers globally with a 24-hour Paloma Party spanning 6 countries and time zones, while attempting to break the World Record for the Largest Paloma Party.  The 24-hour celebration will connect properties across the globe, starting in Singapore before moving on to Dubai, Prague, London, LA, and culminating in a grand finale in Mayakoba, Mexico. 
 
This festive evening will feature three custom PATRÓN Paloma cocktails, served from a bespoke roaming bar cart, alongside a taco stand, Chef Nancy’s house-made churros, and artisanal paletas. Guests can also enjoy a chic Paloma Pink mini manicure and soak in the vibe with pink up-lighting and a live DJ set.
