Terri West is a wellness and fitness expert with a diverse background in personal training, nutrition, and program management. With over a decade of experience, they have worked with clients of all ages, from high-performance athletes to seniors in memory care. As the author of The M.E.E. Method, they specialize in training based on unique body types — Mesomorph, Endomorph, and Ectomorph.
Currently, Terri serves as a Therapy Aide at California Rehabilitation Institute, where they are passionate about assisting patients in their recovery journeys and witnessing their progress firsthand. Their expertise extends to corporate wellness, community engagement, and injury prevention, having developed fitness programs for universities, medical institutions, and employee wellness initiatives.
