About Us
We are a non-profit organization funded by the commercial property owners in Century City to keep the business district clean, safe and beautiful. We provide cleaning services such as power washing and day porter/trash pick up. We keep the medians on Avenue of the Stars and Santa Monica landscaped and irrigated. We maintain the cloverleafs on Olympic near the AOS bridge as well as the west side of Century Park West north of Solar Way and south of Santa Monica. We have installed tree lights and public art. We offer a security service through Allied security for the public spaces.
