At Copenhagen Pastry, we stand apart by staying true to the heart of Danish baking. Using authentic Danish recipes, traditional methods, and only the finest ingredients, we craft pastries that are flaky, light, and delicately sweet—never overly sugary or heavy.

Consistency, quality control, and continuity are at the core of everything we do. That’s why our menu remains largely unchanged week after week, offering you the same high-quality treats every time you visit.

Our pastries feature rich almond paste and smooth custard in various ratios, paired with cinnamon, almond flakes, and traditional Danish fruit fillings such as apple, raspberry, apricot, and blueberry.

We also offer six different cakes made to order with just 3 hours’ notice. Our most popular choice is the classic Princess Cake—a timeless favorite.
