About Us
The Nosh first opened its doors in Beverly Hills nearly five decades ago, blending deep New York deli tradition with a distinctly Southern California point of view. What started as a neighborhood staple has grown into one of LA’s beloved Jewish delis — and we’re just getting started.
Today, The Nosh honors its roots while embracing the future. We continue to serve our community with the warmth, generosity, and abundance that define great deli culture. Whether home is New York, Los Angeles, or somewhere in between, you’ll feel it the moment you walk in.
Our in-house bakery produces dozens of items daily using premium ingredients and time-honored techniques. Our bagels are hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and hearth-baked the old-school way. We source thoughtfully — from high-quality cured meats to line-caught fish and locally grown produce — because great deli food starts with great ingredients.
And yes — we take coffee seriously. Very seriously. From properly pulled espresso drinks to crafted lattes and matcha, our coffee program is treated with the same care and intention as our food — something not always associated with traditional delis. We believe great deli culture deserves great coffee culture.
We’re open seven days a week, morning through evening. Join us for a proper Reuben on the terrace, stop by for espresso and a fresh bagel, or grab your favorites from our pickup counter. However you enjoy The Nosh, you can count on generous portions, quality ingredients, and a deli experience that feels both nostalgic and new.
We look forward to welcoming you.
