About Us
The Nosh first opened its doors in Beverly Hills nearly five decades ago, blending New York deli tradition with a distinctly Southern California point of view. What began as a neighborhood staple has grown into one of Los Angeles’ most beloved Jewish delis.
Today, we honor our roots while embracing the future, serving our community with the warmth, generosity, and abundance that define great deli culture. Whether you’re from New York, Los Angeles, or somewhere in between, you’ll feel it the moment you walk in.
Our in-house bakery produces dozens of items daily using premium ingredients and time-honored techniques. Our bagels are hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and hearth-baked the old-school way. We source thoughtfully — from high-quality cured meats to line-caught fish and locally grown produce — because great deli food starts with great ingredients.
While we protect tradition, we believe delis should evolve. Our “Deli 2.0” approach blends classic Jewish deli cuisine with global flavors, offering both timeless favorites and fresh, modern options.
We also take coffee seriously — from expertly pulled espresso drinks to crafted lattes and matcha — because great deli culture deserves great coffee.
From matzo ball soup and pastrami to smoked salmon, blintzes, pancakes, and our signature bagels, The Nosh delivers a deli experience that feels both nostalgic and new.
