Big 5 Sporting Goods, the leading sporting goods retailer in the Western U.S., is scheduled to open its newest location in Los Angeles, CA (La Cienega) on August 8th.  The 11,703 square foot, full-line sporting goods store is located at 1835 S. La Cienega Blvd., Los Angeles, CA and is a replacement store for the Wilshire at San Vincente Big 5 that is due to close later in August.  Normal store hours are Monday - Thursday - 10am to 8:30pm, Fridays 9:30am to 9:00pm, Saturdays - 9am to 8:30pm and Sundays – 9:30am to 8pm.  The new store’s Grand Opening Sale kicks off Tuesday, August 13^th and will feature 3-consecutive daily giveaways to the first 50 customers beginning Thursday, August 15^th through Saturday, August 17^th. An enter-to-win promotion will also be included throughout the Grand Opening Sale.
