Convergence Art Exhibit Opening Reception

Convergence is coming to The Pavilion!

Open to the public from 1/11-1/22 10am-4pm.

Convergence brings together four international artists who now call Los Angeles home, whose paths converge, each carrying distinct cultural lineages into their abstract vocabularies.

Miguel Osuna’s meditative color play (Mexico), Ann Thornycroft’s structured yet expressive compositions (England), Gleici Rufatto’s interplay of photography and painterly architectural studies (Brazil), and Peter Scherrer’s gestural abstractions (Switzerland), create a dialogue grounded in movement, memory, and migration.  

Installed in the Pavilion, the exhibition considers how place is constructed—through color, rhythm, and the lived experience of a city shaped by global voices.
