This program explores how implicit bias works and how it affects day-to-day decisions and the exercise of discretion in the workplace. We will discuss various scenarios based on common interactions, including how our personal attitudes or stereotypes can affect our actions and decision-making in an unconscious manner.
Provides 2 hours CLE credit. Parking will be validated. Lunch provided.
